A blocked gutter is not a cosmetic issue: water overflows the trough, penetrates the façade and in winter ice damages the masonry. Cleaning once a year is the cheapest home maintenance available, and we perform it from a rope without a platform that cannot fit into courtyards in the centre.
What cleaning entails
We manually remove leaves and debris from gutters, flush downpipes to the geiger, and check gradients and joints. Waste is lowered in sealed bags, nothing is left on the pavement. Before/after photos are standard.
Repairs and replacements
Sagging gutter without fall, disconnected downpipe, leaking boiler. We carry out minor sheet metal repairs on-site from a rope. You'll know about them immediately, not after a year when water starts seeping in.
When to clean
Ideally twice a year: in spring (pine needles, dust, windblown seeds) and after leaf fall before winter. For the building's owners' association we will set a regular schedule: no need for you to worry about it.
